Like all Postureform mattresses the foam is manufactured using only premium grade foam from Vitafoam, the UK's largest producer of block foam.

At the heart of the Postureform pocket mattress is the high quality pocket spring core. The springs are manufactured at Breasley's purpose built manufacturing plant ensuring high quality and consistent performance along with competitive prices. Combining the pressure relieving qualities of memory foam with the traditional support of pocket springs creates a mattress to suit all .The top layer made from of 5cm of reflex foam moulds and contours to the sleeper's individual bodyshape distributing the bodyweight evenly. This even distribution of weight eliminates pressure points resulting in a much more comfortable and relaxed sleeping experience.
The top layer is then laminated to foam encapsulated pocket spring base creating a full 20cm deep mattress.
The combination of reflex foam and pocket springs retain the body's correct posture avoiding unnecessary pressure on the vertebrae and soft tissue of the spine and lower back. This reduces the chance of waking up with a sore back and increases the chances of an uninterrupted nights sleep.
